FREIGHT COSTS
Freight is unfortunately an increasingly expensive part of any transaction - for you and for us. We will make every effort to find the most cost effective way of getting your TK Fuels products to you.
PACKAGING
We use 99% pre-used packaging materials so even if your items are bubble wrapped, you can rest assured that the packaging is being re-used at least one more time.
PLEASE NOTE: Some large and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. If this occurs, we will contact you with the revised amount immediately and before processing your order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
FREIGHT OPTIONS
We use Express Post or Air Mail by default for all orders. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day provided the order is received before the 4pm EST closing off time. Please contact us directly and we will always do our best to help you with any special requirements.
INSURANCE
All purchases from our online shop are subject to a shipment contract. This means that once TK Fuels Australia deliver your goods to Australia Post or to Air Mail, all risk of loss or damage for all products passes to you the purchaser. If you require insurance please contact us to arrange this.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please do not return any goods without contacting us first. We will not accept COD packages. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
