Additionally it breaks up sludge so less fuel is wasted as sludge. Additionally all our products are versatile, easy to use, safe and non-flammable hazardous.
Our catalysts come in 3 variations, each suited to a different environment:
Clear mXt® - specifically designed for both biodiesls and mineral diesel fuels, saves 10% net fuel costs (taking into account the cost of Clear mXt®) and comes in 25ml, 500ml or larger quanties.
mXt9 - specifically designed for use with heavy fuel oil with in line dosing devices in any environment, reducing sludge build up eliminating soot and decreasing net fuel costs by a minimum of 6%.
XPlate - mXt technology applied to heavy industry where gas or coal is combusted, for a minimum of 5% better efficiency.
Clear mXt and mXt9 are liquid catalysts, whereas XPlate is a device which is easily installed on the outside of existing pipework feeding air into systems where coal or gas are combusted. The science behind this fuel breakthrough (Molecular Xenogenic Fuel Technology) was developed over ten years of research.
TK Fuels products act to ensure more of the fuel is burned for energy, thereby decreasing carbon footprints and reducing costs. This is good news for both road users and marine vessels, as it means cleaner air (less smog) and greener seas.
How the mXt technology works
Non-polar liquids such as paraffin, gasoline, toluene, xylene, diesel, kerosene and light crude oils exhibit significant ability for charge accumulation and charge retention during vibration and fuel flow. Fuel turbulence that occurs during filling, transfer and when an engine is running, results in forces that cause the fuel molecules to cluster together in large groups. When fuel enters the combustion cylinder, only the outer layer of these fuel clusters is burnt, producing less energy than is chemically present in the fuel. These unburnt molecules inside the fuel clusters then pass through the engine as unused waste particles. It is these particles that are emitted into the atmosphere through the engine’s exhaust system.
However, when our mXt technology is added to the fuel, it actively breaks down the forces that hold fuel molecule clusters together, allowing more complete combustion to take place. This allows more of your fuel to be used to produce energy, with significantly fewer waste particles emitted into the atmosphere as air pollution. This process is illustrated here:
